Terms and Conditions for M/s Dev Ganga - Chardham Heli Service

Welcome to Chardham Heli Service, operated by M/s Dev Ganga. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using our heli services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Chardham Heli Service & Uttrakahnd tour packages offers helicopter transportation services to various locations, primarily focused on the Chardham pilgrimage in Uttarakhand. Our services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and regulatory permissions.

3. Booking and Payment
  • Booking Confirmation: All bookings must be made through our official channels (website, email, phone, or authorized agents). A booking is confirmed only after full payment is received.
  • Payment Terms: Payments can be made via credit/debit card, net banking, or other accepted methods. All payments are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in our cancellation policy.
  • Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. The final price will be confirmed at the time of booking.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation by Client: Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following charges:
  • 30 days or more before the service date: 25% of the booking amount.
  • 15-29 days before the service date: 50% of the booking amount.
  • Less than 15 days: No refund.
  • Cancellation by Chardham Heli Service: In the event of cancellations due to weather conditions, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a rescheduled date or a full refund, excluding any third-party charges.
5. Passenger Responsibilities
  • Identification: All passengers must carry valid identification (Aadhaar card, passport, or government-issued ID) for verification.
  • Health and Safety: Passengers must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to fly. We reserve the right to deny service if a passenger’s health condition poses a risk.
  • Luggage: Due to safety regulations, only limited luggage is allowed on board. Excessive or prohibited items may not be carried.
6. Flight Conditions
  • Weather: Flights are subject to weather conditions and may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled based on weather forecasts.
  • Government Regulations: All flights are subject to government rules and airspace regulations
