Haridwar and Rishikesh, two of the most sacred cities in Uttarakhand, are renowned for their spiritual significance and natural beauty. Haridwar, situated on the banks of the Ganges River, is one of the seven holiest places in Hinduism, attracting pilgrims for its ghats like Har Ki Pauri, where the famous Ganga Aarti takes place. It is also the gateway to the Char Dham Yatra. Just 20 km away, Rishikesh is known as the "Yoga Capital of the World," offering numerous ashrams, yoga centers, and the iconic Laxman Jhula. While Rishikesh is a hub for spirituality and meditation, it also offers adventure activities like river rafting and trekking, making it a blend of peaceful retreat and adrenaline-packed destination. Both cities provide a spiritual atmosphere with the backdrop of the mighty Himalayas and the sacred Ganges.
Itinirary Highlights
Arrival at Dehradun, meets our driver at Dehradun Airport/Railway Station and then drive towards Haridwar. On reach check in into hotel, take some rest and then proceed to visit Haridwar Sightseeing, visit Mansa Devi, Chandi Devi, Maya Devi, Local market and evening Ganga Arti at Har-ki-Pauri. Later drive back to hotel after refreshed have dinner & overnight stay at Haridwar.
Morning after breakfast, check out from the hotel and then drive towards Dehradun via Rishikesh. On route visit Rishikesh Sightseeing, visit Laxman Temple, Laxman Jhulla, Trayambakeshwar Temple, Ram Jhulla, Geeta Bhawan, Local Market and Parmarth Niketan. Later drive to Dehradun for drops with sweet memories.
